PositionCustomer Service Agent
Location Shanghai
 
Key tasks & responsibilities:
·      Provide support to customers as part of Sales, CS and Marketing effort aimed at delivering company’s product (Schedule Cargo Transportation) in accordance with customers’ requests and expectations, company’s applicable regulations, guidelines and instructions
·      Ensure ongoing communication with customers, collect information on market activity, trends, players, products and services, solutions; timely report the collected information to regional management
·      Accept bookings collect detail information on shipments and ensure accurate capture of all shipment related data into the booking system, allocate space to cargo in accordance with pre-booked allotments (BSA), customers’ requests, management instructions and priorities
·      Monitor the level of cargo allocated to flights, work out optimal scheme of cargo distribution and loading priorities on flights with consideration to weight, dimension, volume, density, destination, and revenue indicators, update Sales on the progress of flight booking
·      Provide guidance to operations team with regard to positioning of ULDs with cargo on board in accordance with identified priorities
·      Maintain continuous communication with customers, update information on flights schedule, follow up on status of shipments, trucking movement and other shipment related specifics, monitor the level of overall satisfaction with services of ABC, answer inquiries, handle complaints and pre-claims, collect feedback and clarify company’s requirements, rules and standards to customers in timely and professional manner
Selection criteria:
·      Bachelor Degree
·      CET at or above Level 4, good command in oral English
·      Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin are essential
·      Experience in using PC standard Microsoft Office software applications- Word, Excel, familiarization with Lotus Notes is preferred
·      Previous experience in working with customers in service industry is welcome but NOT obligatory, entry level candidates with no experience are equally acceptable

Position: Billing Specialist

Key tasks & responsibilities:
Ÿ   Preparing the daily consolidate after each flight departure based on the required supporting documents, and billing the invoices to agents on the specified periods, all of which shall be under the principal of accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
Ÿ   Strictly following the regional billing procedure and funds management policy, to ensure funds safety.
Ÿ  Prepare regular and effective revenue report to give good analysis and contribution to commercial team of each station.
 
Selection criteria:
·         Bachelor degree or above;
·         Fluent English (written and spoken) is obligatory;
·         Proficiency in Excel, PPT and other office software;
·         Logical thinking, ability to work under pressure & time limitation;
·         A conscientious attitude and high responsibility.
 
 
Position: Analyst-Revenue Management & Capacity Control

Key tasks & responsibilities:
This is a comprehensive position that involves excessive coordination & communication with different departments, including commercial, sales, billing, schedule, OCC, CS, etc. based on analysis of existing financial database. The main purposes of the position are:
1.      To provide coordination efforts on schedule and hub on monthly and daily basis to ensure the smooth functioning of regional Revenue & Capacity management system.
2.      To provide required analysis & reports in a timely & duly manner.
Daily routines include:
·         Monitor schedule changes on daily basis. Coordinate with different stations and HQ in case of schedule disruption to ensure least revenue impact. Deal with schedule change request
·         Monitor capacity utilization on daily basis. Coordinate with different stations and HQ to ensure optimized capacity utilization in terms of revenue return.
·         Collecting basic performance information and keep duly record to prepare analytical reports for management decision.
·         Supporting Marketing Dept. on relevant tasks whenever necessary.
 
Selection criteria:
·         Bachelor’s Degree
·         Proficiency in both Chinese and English. Knowledge of Russian will be a plus.
·         2 years working experience in airfreight or logistics industry is a plus but fresh graduates are also welcome.
·         Honest, logical, responsible and self-organized.
