I. Job Title: Product Engineer/Jr. Product Engineer
产品工程师/初级产品工程师
II. Reporting to: Program Manager/Account Manager
项目经理/客户经理
III. Main Responsibilities:
Purpose - Provide efficient support of delivering Total Customer Satisfaction in all areas to his or her assigned accounts.
目的——为达成全方位的客户满意度提供有效支持。
l Support and conduct cost estimates, cost reductions, and cost controls;
l Manage project plans, qualification, and schedules to meet customers’ requirements;
l Make specifications, drawings, bills of materials, routings for assigned projects;
l Communicate any specially required fixture or tooling specifications to Process Engineers;
l Effectively communicate with Aavid team members, customers, and suppliers;
l Other tasks assigned by the manager.
l 支持以及实施成本分析，成本控制以及成本压缩；
l 管理项目计划，资质，以及项目进度，以满足客户需求；
l 制作产品规格说明，图示，材料清单等各项项目需要的文件；
l 与工厂的工艺工程师通力合作确定产品规格与制造工艺；
l 与公司的客户，供应商以及其他部门有效沟通；
l 其他上级安排的工作与任务。
IV. Major Requirements:
l Bachelor’s Degree in an mechanical engineering discipline
l Fresh post-gradates or graduates are welcomed; or bout 1-2 years’ equivalent working experience;
l Familiar with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Solidworks;
l Knowledge or thermal background preferred;
l Good interpersonal skills supported by sense of responsibility and work passion;
l Able to read and write in English; oral English skill preferred.
l 理工科背景本科学历；
l 欢迎应届毕业生，或者有1-2年经验的候选人；
l 熟悉AutoCAD, Solidworks等工程软件；
l 有散热行业知识或经验者优先；
l 有良好的沟通能力，并且有责任感与工作热情；
l 能用英语进行读写；有口语沟通能力者优先。

II. Reporting to: Tooling Engineer
III. Main Requirements:
n 大专学历，机械专业（模具专业的优先）。
n College degree and major of machinery(Tooling specialty is preferential)
n 懂3D和2D 绘图软件SolidWorks，CAD或UG等等。
n Can use 3D and 2d software as SolidWorks,CAD or UG etc.
n 能吃苦耐劳，愿意到基层学习。
n Bear hardships and stand hard work, and be willing to workshop to study.
n 有高的安全意识，工作细心。
n High safety awareness and working is careful.
n 服从领导各项工作安排，执行力强。
n Can accept leader different job arrangement and strong executive force.
